Chief Operating Officer (COO) I joined the Speech Solutions team in 2011. It is a pleasure to work with such a wonderful group and see first hand how their services to the communities they work in improve and enrich the lives of those with communication disorders. In my free time I enjoy living at Ocean Isle Beach with my husband and 2 fur babies Maxx and Jaxson, speeding time with family and friends and volunteering at animal rescues.

I have served in various capacities during my time here. My current role is Chief of Staff and Speech-Language Pathologist. I earned my Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern in 2016. I live in Lumberton with my husband, Tre' and our son, Drew.
Administrative Asst. Hispanic Interpreter I have been working for Speech Solutions, Inc. since 2013. I love my office work, but my favorite part of my job is interacting with the clients while out interpreting. I have come to really like this profession and have considered going back to school to become a speech therapist! When I am not working, I enjoy going to concerts, amusement parks, and most importantly, spending time with my family.
Operations Assistant I have been working for Speech Solutions, Inc. since 2008. I worked in the office for a while, decided to go to school to become an SLP-Assistant, worked as an SLP-Assistant for a few years and I have now decided to return to the office setting! I love being able to interact with the therapists and the clients! When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with time with niece and nephews, reading and going to the beach!
Support Personnel I have been working for Speech Solutions, Inc. since 2016. I currently attend the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and I am majoring in Elementary Education. After I finish my with my undergrad, I plan on earning my Master's Degree in Speech. I love working with Speech Solutions because everyone excitingly welcomes you and it is easy to interact with everyone. In my free time I love to go shopping, go to the beach, and spend time with my family and friends!

I interned with Speech Solutions both during my undergraduate and graduate degrees and am thrilled to enter my career with this company. I have an interest in serving a variety of patients from babies to adults.I currently travel between Robeson and Columbus Counties. I am certified in Vital Stim but am quickly becoming an expert of IEPs!

SLP-Assistant I’m Kaitlyn Smith and I recently graduated from FTCC as an SLP-Assistant. I truly believe I have found my calling in the speech world and plan to further my education. I’m 22 years old born & raised in Bladenboro, NC. I’ve been married to my husband Kyle for almost 2 years. We enjoy riding four-wheelers, hunting, the beach and the mountains. I’m looking forward to meeting new clients and working with SSI and their awesome employees as an SLP-Assistant.
SLP-Assistant I graduated from Fayetteville Tech and I am originally from St. Pauls. I am a mother to 3 beautiful children, Gabrielle, 20, Keri, 19, Matthew, 19. I am also Gigi to 1 year old, Jasiah! I enjoy going to the beach, reading and spending time with my family!
SLP-Assistant During childhood I grew up in Prospect area which is about ten miles west of Pembroke. I currently reside in Pembroke with my husband three daughters and one son. I graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College in 2001 and worked as a Speech Language Pathologist for 12 years. My favorite activities are working out and running with friends and family. I also love shopping and playing volleyball when I get a chance. My family and I love spending time at the beach.
